We specialize in full or partial trailer load shipments to any destination in the United States.

Johnson Doppler Lumber takes great pride in serving our customers since 1920. We offer a variety of services designed to make your job easier - from special order capabilities to free estimating, to convenient credit.

In 1920 Clarence Doppler founded the company as Johnson-Doppler Lumber Company selling primarily crating lumber to manufacturers and distributors that had requirements for crating their products and also the manufacturing of pallets and skids.  Clarence passed away in 1957.

In 1949, son Don Doppler joined the company as a salesman, and very actively pursued the industrial lumber and builder industry. Don has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati. Don became President and CEO in 1957, and continues to actively run the company.

In 1951, son Bill Doppler joined the company as a salesman for the residential builder and industrial accounts. Bill has a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Business Administration. Bill became Executive Vice President and Treasurer in 1957. Bill purchased lumber for our yard inventory and customer special requirements.  He retired from the company in 2006.

In 1991 Don's daughter Lori joined the company as Vice President. Lori has a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Business Administration, majoring in Information Systems and Management.

As a third generation company, Johnson-Doppler Lumber Company has provided outstanding service to our customers for over eighty years. We look forward to continuing this service into the 21st century.
